Portfolio

Reis Gordon is a multidisciplinary producer and creative director developing films, immersive worlds, and narrative systems.

My practice sits at the intersection of story development, creative direction, production design, immersive media, and technical experimentation. I focus on shaping ambitious concepts into structured projects with a clear point of view, a workable production path, and a finished audience experience.

Practice areas

The portfolio spans several mediums, but the through-line remains the same: concept, atmosphere, and execution.

Think of these as entry points into the wider body of work, grouped by format but still tied to the same underlying creative practice.

Current direction

The strongest long-term projects in the portfolio are hybrid by design.

The threads below are the ones that keep returning across film, immersive media, and the tools built to support them.

Serial XR / Location-based world

Motel Sunshine

An episodic 6DoF VR experience designed as a location-based story world with multiple character perspectives. It sits at the intersection of writing, immersive cinema, and emerging production technology.

Memory / Volumetric archive

Family Tree

A memorial-driven concept using volumetric capture, AI-assisted reconstruction, and time-based re-recording to explore memory, aging, and family history.

Tools / infrastructure / support

Creative systems

I also develop tools and experiments when the available workflow does not support the project. That technical layer is part of the producing and directing process, not separate from it. avrai.org is the clearest current example of that approach in public.
